I've always loved a pop of colour on my eyes. Coloured pencils have always been my go-to product for that with coloured eyeshadow being a little bit too daunting for me at the time. I later realised that it wasn't because they were daunting per se but mainly because I have an overall preference for matte shadows and the ones i had at the time were metallic or shimmer shadows.
I've grown up to view Blue and Green as masculine colours but somehow, I've also been more drawn to them than the regular pinks and yellows. When I became overwhelmed with the urge for colour pops on my eyes, these 2 were the colours I turned to. The Zaron eyeshadow duo in Envy is green themed with a matte green shade and a moss green-bronzey shimmer shade. There was no way I was not going to give it a spin.
It was a walk in the park and regardless of the fact that it had been a while since I'd created a look with a matte eyeshadow and green for that matter, it came out really pretty. I finished the look with the Khuraira lipgloss in Forbidden which is very unlike me (i looooove my nude lippies) and it didn't look so bad.
