You know how you wake up one Sunday morning really early because you want to have time for great makeup application? This was one of those Sundays. Fortunately for me, not only did I have time but both my phone cameras corporated with me and the pictures came out really great.
Truthfully, I just knew I wanted my makeup to look great. I didn't even have a colour in mind when I started. But with just one colour above my eyes and one below, this beautiful colour medley was created.

I didn't want to use a lipstick for the centre of my lips but at the same time, I couldn't leave it bare. What did I do? I decided to build up some colour there using 2 lipglosses - MAC True Jewel which is a very light pale pink colour and Khuraira Forbidden lipgloss which isn't as opaque as it looks. An alternate application of both and some light but firm smacking together of my lips resulted in the pinkish shade in the centre of my lips.
I was wearing a pink ankara dress paired with a thrifted vintage jacket. For accessories, I wanted 'bold minimal'.
