Product Review | Tara High Shine Lip Stain in Tiye

Remember the Lipgloss I got in my House of Tara Beauty Bruncheon goodie bag? High Shine Lip Stain in Tiye. You can read about it here. I didn't get to swatch it on my lips to see how the reflects and high shine claim works. I only recently got to try it out and here are images of the result

Verdict:

• Application is smooth and even
• It is lightweight with a pleasant feel on the lips after application
• It is super glossy and catches the light easily thus emphasizing the high shine claim on the packaging
• The shimmer is true to type as it shows up beautifully after application

In my early post about this product, I mentioned that it would be perfect layered over a dark lipstick colour like a purple or dark red. After taking the pictures above, my opinion changed slightly, I would highly recommend using this product by itself as there is a tendency for its characteristics to be lost when layered over another product. The light pigmentation of the product is also very flattering.
